 WHAT IS ONE-ON-ONE PRACTICE? 

Private sessions are a great way to set personal goals as well as improve your mental and physical health in a more intimate setting. 

Leanna has worked with all levels, including beginners, advanced practitioners and students who are dealing with injuries. Specifically, she specializes in shoulder and hip injuries as well as yoga for athletes, myofascial release, Chinese medicine and inversions. 

FOCUSING ON PERSONAL GOALS

Private lessons also offers students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to communicate more openly with specific needs. 

Whether these needs are enhancing flexibility, building strength, growing an inversion practice, or treating and preventing injury, Leanna will spend time with you in developing and creating a personalized routine that’s best suited for you. 

She’s passionate about using her extensive knowledge and training in a way that allows you to feel amazing in your body. 

RATES

1 Hour Session- $90

90 Min. Session- $125

Group Sessions- $90 + $5 per person
